Problem with average

Good to all,

I come up against a problem that I'm not able to solve that has to do with averages:

I need a matrix, in which two columns appear (one with the average of the 2020 data and one with the average of the 2021 data to date). The rows would be two, one called D and one O, which are the types of text that are in the column from which I want to get the data. Such as:

I tried to create an array and in values I was trying to put a measure with average but I don't realize how I can do it. The data I have are as follows:

A column named Classification, where the data is D or O.

Another column called Date, where is the exact date (type xx/yy/zzz).

Another column called Date (Month/Year), where the exact date is (type zzzz/yy).

What I need is the average D and O per year.

The table I want to get the data from is like this. And what I need is the average for years for each attribute (deviation, observation)
