Hi guys, I have a problem opening Power BI Desktop. I am informed by an error window that in order to run the program, I must have installed version 4.0 of the .NET Framework but it is already installed, as shown in the screenshot (the screenshot shows the installation of SQL but when opening Power BI Desktop it gives the same mistake).
Windows is in the most up-to-date version, .NET is enabled in the settings as well. I have already tried to install .net updates but I am informed that I already have the latest version installed. Antiviruses were also stopped at boot time, but to no avail.
I installed Power BI Desktop from both the Microsoft Store and the installer but both give the same problem.
Thanks!!!

Hi @Anonymous . I tried these alternatives but they didn't work. I ended up having to restore the system keeping the files. Anyway, thanks for the help.
