Thanks in Advance,
We are having an issue with Email Subscription. As per the document given in Power Bi updates,We tried for generating "Email-Subscription" but were unable to trigger the e-mail. I'm not sure if this could be because of our email id and powerbi service Login ID(which is our Nt login's) being different. we even tried for the case where NT ID and Email ID are synchronised, eventhough there is no result of email. We can able to get alert notification for single tile but unable to get emailsubscription for entire Dashboard changes.
1. We can able to get the mails from no-reply@powerbi.com for shared dashboards with us.
2. We are connecting to the Tabular Cube(SSAS) with live connection.
3. No filters or limitations are applied for the Dashboard.
4. No content packs & Custom visuals are used in our dashboard.

@Baskar are you referring to this? https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/introducing-email-subscriptions-in-power-bi-stay-informed-w...
Proud to be a Super User!
@vanessafvg ya i have already refered it.
My prob is
My mail id is : johnmick@abc.com
My Power BI Log ID is : jmick@abc.com -- With NT Login
Note :
I can receive Tile alert mail and other shared dashboard mail too.
Hi @Baskar,
Based on my research, Power BI will send an email to the address that you use to sign into Power BI. The UPN (User Principal Name) should be the username that you sign into Power BI with. Power BI sends emails to user’s UPN. In cases where UPN is different from e-mail address, and the UPN doesn’t accept emails, the user will not get the scheduled refresh email.
Reference: Not receiving email via subscription
Best regards,
Yuliana Gu
@Baskar i haven't personally done it before, but do you not need to map your active director users to azure active directory if they are different?
