Hello! I am trying to create a measure to display values based on the value that I select in the Filters pane.
For context, I have 3 tables: A, B, C
Data in table A:
Data in table B:
Data in table C:
Relationship between 3 tables:
This is the measure I created to display the value that I selected in filter of column CC in table C:
DisplayFilterValue =
CONCATENATEX(
FILTERS(C[CC]),
C[CC],
", ",
C[CC],
ASC
)
When I filter column AA of table A with value a5, CC remains value c1. Then I select value c1 in filter and the measure display c1 correctly:
Here is the problem: when I select "Select all", the measure display c1, c2, c3, c4, c5, which is incorrect. It should display c1 because the filter only has c1 value.
And then when I deselect c1, it displays c2, c3, c4, c5.
Is there any way to create a measure that display values based on the value that I select in the Filters pane correctly? Thanks in advance!

Hello!
You can try the measure without the FILTERS function, so:
DisplayFilterValue =
CONCATENATEX(
C,
C[CC],
", ",
C[CC],
ASC
)
FILTERS function according to documentation "Returns the values that are directly applied as filters to columnName ". So even if only c1 is available, because theoretically you have selected ALL, it returns all values.
Hope this works for you.
