Problem upgrading in Report Server

Hello community, I would like to know if it is possible to update a report in Report Server, it is configured with DirectQuery and without having to click on the update button. In Power Bi Desktop if you update every defined time without doing anything, however, in the Report server you have to click on the update button

In my report if I have activated the option to update

I also tried to configure the report permissions on the report server but I get the following error
