Problem trying to call for a specific value in the table

Hi, I need some help with trying to take only the Equity Risk Premium value to import back into Excel.

Usually, I use {row} [column name] to get the value but somehow this time it's not working.
Below is the screenshot of the problem.

Possibly a space or hidden characters in the column title.

Test it by adding in a step before this one that forces power query to generate code, for example, duplicate the column and see what line of code is produced
