Problem in data type date ? Date Format dd/mm/yyyy

I need to Make the datedd/mm/yyyyi make my region is UKi change Data type to Local and make column data as date and UK languagehow can i solve it ?because when i make relationship between date table and column date of other table , i gor blank in date fillter&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
