Hi @Syndicate_Admin ,
The map visual in Power BI requires accessing Bing map API for geocoding, and it needs a network connection. You may want to check your network connection and make sure it is stable and secure before exporting.
There are some limitations for exporting to PDF in Power BI service, such as the size of the report, the number of pages, and the type of visuals. You may want to check if your report meets the requirements for exporting.
Some custom visuals may not be supported for exporting to PDF in Power BI service, unless they are certified by Microsoft. You may want to check if your map visual is certified or not. You can also enable the downloads from custom visuals settings in the Power BI admin portal.
