Problem With Desktop

Hi guys, i have geting problem With Power BI desktop and web data sources like SharePoint, Google Sheets, API and others, always when i try to refresh the data, my Power BI crash, and the Black screen comes, my notebook crash and i can't do anything, i try many ways to solve this but doesn't work, someone can help me ?

What operating system are you using?

Did you use the latest version of Power BI desktop? It is always recommended to use the latest one.

The current latest version. Version: 2.104.702.0 64-bit (April 2022)

Download Microsoft Power BI Desktop from Official Microsoft Download Center

Try to clear the cache and increase the maximum allowed.

Tried the same steps on another computer? What were the results?
