Problem Exporting PDF from Online Workspace

Due to the problem that has arisen in Power BI in the PDF export, I have followed their recommendations to do the export through the online workspace, which raised the following problem:

When the export is finished, it doesn't show the information I want.

That is, in my report I have a matrix with information from the year 2018, and before exporting my report what I did in my local power bi, before the problem was presented, is to use the scroll of my matrix to abjo to show the most recent information of this year, that is, a couple of months only, But when I run the export, my array shows information from the start year.

I hope you can guide me to what other options I can use

There are no options except to reduce the amount of data so that you don't have any scrollbars.
