Privacy level error Scheduled Refresh

I am trying to Refresh my published dashboard data source, I got below error.
Anyone Help me to Fix this

Here To get the latest Currency Exchange Rate from "xm.com" web source to GetExchangeRate Table. Updated and working fine when refreshing in Desktop.

After published above error occurred.

>I have used a merge query to show the conversion Rate column Based on Currency Code in Aus_OrderCurrency Table from GetExchangeRate table.

Below Log get from On-Premises Gateway (personal mode)

Kindly Help me to fix this error.

This error may be caused by "privacy level" between two data sources and configuration for gateway in Power bi service.

First, if your data source contains cloud sources and on-premise data sources,

please download a on-premise gateway(not personal),

go to Manage gateway->add the on-premise data source under the gateway and check Allow user's cloud data sources to refresh through this gateway cluster > Apply.

after the on-premise data source is added to gateway successfully, under Setting->Dataset->find the cloud data source->data source credential, please provide correct credential as grantted in Power bi desktop.

Besides, please refer to the following blog and change the privacy for your data sources.

for example,try to change privacy level to public for cloud source and "organization/public" for on-premise data source in power bi service  or "ignore privacy level in Power bi desktop".

I have removed the web source table and try to Scheduled Refresh, It's Woking fine.

When I use the web source HTML table than the above error occurred.

I am using this web source to get current currency rate from "www.xe.com".

Kindly help to resolve web source data refresh issue.

How about adding this web source under gateway, select "web" as connector in gateway management.

Yes, I have installed on-premises data Gateway instead of on-premises data Gateway(Personal).
And Created data source but not working.
