Printing powerbi table in pdf

Hi I have created a table in power bi. It can be scrolled down due to more data in it. After publishing it in workspace when I print in PDF it only prints the visible data. But there is more data when...

    NISH72 keep in mind, powerbi is not designed for this kind of printing, as mentioned earlier, for paginated/pixel perfect reports there is another tool PowerBI Paginated Report Builder

NISH72 printing to pdf is only what is shown on the screen, if you want to print your table with more rows, only option is to export data and then print from there. There is no direct printing option.

 

Other tool you can explore powerbi paginated report but it is only available for premium.

    Thanks for reply. Is there any way to export it to Microsoft word. Because when I export to PDF it only prints what's on screen

      NISH72 unfortunately not, only option you have is export data to excel and print from there.
