Printing from Desktop

Hey can I print the whole reports and dashboards from Desktop directly???

Hi,

You don't see your dashboards in Power BI Desktop, you see them online. 

Here are some printing options I know of:

1. You can create a PDF of your pages in Power BI Desktop by selecting:

File --> Export to PDF.

2. If you want to print your online reports you can enter the Power BI online service, enter a report you want to print, and select:

File --> Print

(3. You can also download a PBIX of the report from the online service and print it from within Power BI desktop, but I believe that's just a waste of time...)

4. To print a dashboard, enter your dashboard in the online service, click on the ... on the right top corner of the screen, and select: print dashboard
