What this is supposed to be doing is averaging the highlighted values (Quarter 1 values) and taking the average of them. However, 87.10 isn't correct. By hand if I do:
(86.67+87.10+83.87)

I should be getting 85.88. Why is not coming out to that??? It just picked February's number and returned it....

Hi
Use Avg = SUMX( VALUES( Table1[EMS AM]), Table1[Retention] ) / 3 // ( Or calculate the count as needed).
Hope this helps.
Thanks
Raj
This could be because of 'Retention' variable. If you have already used some formula to derive 'Retention', try splitting the steps , like find the sum and count in 2 steps and find the avg in 3rd step.
Thanks
