Prevent Page view from moving
In PowerBI desktop, I have the page view set to "fit to page" recently i've been moving visuals around and instead of locking the page size it allows me to drag the visual further over or up and down...
how do i share the sample report with you.
if i drag any visual (either by making it bigger or by physically moving it) it will shift what i can actually see on the screen. it doesn't change the other visuals. i can probably record a video of what i'm doing but don't know how to share it with you
I have the same issue. The best solution I have found for existing files is to fit to width, then extend any object below the page. This reveals the footer and I can return the extended object to its original size.
For new projects, extend the page size using the custom sizing and build in extra space for the footer. Trim when finished.
