Hi Sorry! I figured it out, weirdly enough if I select the Entire Organization option in the permission, people can't view the report but if I add them individually they can consume the report. Which is weird. I'll look further in the settings. Thank you for response amitchandak, really appreciate it.
This is wrong, according to MS Documentation, on a Premium Workspace, the free-licensed user show be able to see the reports without having to create an APP inside the workspace.
