Pre-process/post-process the data fetched from a Power BI connector before/after loading in Power BI

I have a use case where I want to pre-process/post-process data fetched using a Power BI data connector before/after loading it into Power BI Desktop. Is there a way to do this? Any way to intercept the connector?
