    Hi AtchayaP 

     

    A report can be created using data from only one dataset. Power BI Desktop can combine more than one data source into a single dataset in a report, and that report can be imported into Power BI Service. However, Power BI Service cannot add new data sources to an existing dataset.

     

    Since you want to add June data from a new file, you need to use Power BI Desktop. You can download the report or dataset (.pbix file) from the Power BI service to Power BI Desktop, add this new data source and append new data to the existing table. After that, apply the changes to load data to the data model. Publish the .pbix file to Power BI Service to replace the existing dataset and report there. Go to dataset settings page and edit credentials for the new data source.

Yes , The raw data is taken form online website from Jan to may as 1 file.it has 2tables but we append together to make it as 1. Now I have to do same , I have to download June date from site then I have to do data cleaning then I have to pull to powerbi.
