PowerQuery Sum columns?

I have a SharePoint list with 12 columns, each column representing one calendar month. The columns have a dollar value, or null.

Each row represents a product code, and a year.

How do I sum the row, so that I have one dollar value, per year, per product?

Sure I could group and explicitly code each column name, but maybe there is some magic row sum formula?

From this

ProductYearF1F2F3F4....F12
X2023100null100null null
Y2024100100100null 100

To this

ProductYearTotal
X2023700
Y2024900
