We need to publish a dashboard in the app, however, a white box is displayed at the bottom of the graph, and this happens only with some users.

Someone could tell us how to solve it.

I read the information, but we can not fix the problem, we published it again but some users still saw a blank at the bottom and other users just the black boxs as we need.
