I created a desktop powerbi report from a sharepoint list which stores answers from an MS Form. We changed 2 of the MS form questions to choice fields rather than free text (don't think this is important but for context) and we tested it by adding 3 new records 126 - 128 in the sharepoint list.
The project mgr deleted records 97 to 124 in the sharepoint list but wants them to be numbered sequentially in the powerbi report so I added an index column in powerbi table to create a final complete set of sequentially numbered records from 1 to 102 with no gaps in powerbi. I removed two rows of test data from the powerbi data table and have just refreshed the powerbi table but it is not pulling in the last 2 records added to the sharepoint list. Any one have any ideas why and how I can get round this. It is also for some reason pulling through two text columns as the value null and I'm not sure why.Any help appreciated:)
