Hi,
I have recently created a dashboard in PowerBI where I connected the dashboard with salesforce to get the real time view . So everytime the salesforce is getting updated my dashboard is also getting updated accordingly when I refresh. But to the users with whom I have shared the dashboard with are not able to get the updated view of the dashboard. Can someone please help me with this so that the users at the other end with whom I have sahre the same can also get their powerbi dashboard updated once the salesforce is updated.
Thanks,
Sandipan

Hi, @Sandipan_03
If you edit a report, but the visuals in the dashboard aren't updated, you must consider whether the visuals pinned to the dashboard are live tiles or live pages.
If the pinned visual is a live tile, the original view used to create the tile changes, but the tile doesn't. The data will be refreshed, but the view type will not.
If the data is updated, but the data corresponding to the dashboard in the visual is not, you'll need to check that the refresh settings are working.
Or viewing users who have shared with you may see a locked tile in the dashboard, or a "Permission required" message when trying to view a report. You can check out the links below:

In addition, you can use the Salesforce Object Connector in Power BI Desktop to retrieve all rows from individual tables and recreate the reports you want.

To ensure real-time updates in Power BI dashboards for users, consider setting up a scheduled refresh in Power BI Service, and ensure users have appropriate permissions. Additionally, utilizing a platform like Skyvia can facilitate efficient data synchronization between Salesforce and Power BI, streamlining the update process across all user dashboards. This approach ensures that all shared dashboards reflect the latest Salesforce data upon refresh.

But even after refreshing they are not able to view the updated data . Is it some thing related to salesforce connection?
