PowerBi Connection to Google Analytics - Browser Not Supported
- 10 years ago
Could you please share about your Browser version here? I am using Internet Explorer 11 under Windows 10, and Google Analytics connected correctly at my side.
Based on the error message and the image, I suspect the current running system is Windows 7 SP1. If you have already installed the supported Browser, close Power BI desktop (you may also consider to perform a system restart ) and then open it again to check if this time would make it work. If you haven’t install Internet Explorer 11, then check:

Please choose the right platform and the proper language before start downloading. If issue still insists, enable the trace log under Power BI Desktop:
Under Power BI Desktop, Navigate to File -> Options and settings -> Options -> Diagnostics, check the Enable tracing check box there. After that, reproduce the steps to connect to Google Analytics, once finished, click the Open trace folder link, find the created logs, if available, upload them into OneDrive and then post the shared link here. We will help to take a look.Regards,

Appreciate the help! I unintalled PowerBI and reinstalled it and that seems to have fixed the problem.
Thanks again!
