PowerBI report parameters - Is there a way to let user change parameters

In PowerBI desktop I created a report based on the parameters Fiscal Year and Period. This is based on a Stored Procedure.

In this way, the stored procedure is connected via the import mode:

In PowerBI desktop I can adjust the parameters via Edit Parameters and then the data is filtered via the stored procedure.

This report will appear in PowerBI Service and users should be able to customize the parameters. But I don't want to give them rights to change the parameters in the dataset.

Is there any other way to let users adjust the parameters?

I was actually hoping that you could turn a parameter into a slicer, but I haven't been able to find that yet.

Hi @M_MELLEMA
Unfortunately in service, you can activate parameters only from semantic model settings.
