PowerBI measure - show the latest status (text) of a project and also the historical per period

Hi

I need to show in the column 'Last status' the latest project status in all rows reported periods, incl. historical. It shows the 'Last status' as 'Unapproved' per my measure created. It should show 'Closed in all rows for that column 'Last status'. Could you help me to correct my current incorrect measure please?
