PowerBI Waterfall Chart Showing Incremental Components

Hello, I am looking for help in creating my waterfall chart to show our MoM partner Totals with the Net Change broken out into showing the number of partners gained and the number of partners churned.

Partner Count Waterfall.jpg

Built above using the following table:

Partner Count Table.jpg

PowerBI Waterfall Settings:

Category = Reporting Date

Breakdown = Partner Action

Y-Axis = Partner Count

Filtered so that only the "Ending partner Count" (Renamed to Net Change) is visible.

If I make the "Partners Churned" & "Partners Gained" fields visible it just shows the MoM difference for that particular attribute (ie: Gained 20 in October, Gained 14 in Novemeber... The Partners Gained shows -6. I don't need the MoM difference in that, I need to see for each month: the starting point -> Number of partners gained | Number of partners Churned -> Ending Paertner Count.

TIA for any guidance!
