Hi Users,
I have millions of rows in sql database and connected with powerbi desktop. All went well but recently i got an error as always times out. Lets see an example.
I have an 3 years of Fiscal year data and it keeps adding on every month. Once the data is uploaded it should not be modified at any cost. So dont needs to refresh again and again for the same query.
My structure is as below
FY 18 - Consolidation of 12 month's data
FY 19 - Consolidation of 12 month's data
FY 20 - Consolidation of 12 month's data
FY 21 - Consolidation of Recent Month's data
Master - Consolidation of FY18, FY19, FY20 and FY 21(Here no needs to refresh FY18, FY19 and FY20) But whenever I refresh the Master it keeps refreshing all the years from SQL. Hence time out becuase of huge data.
FYI, I unchecked the enable load in all Fiscal years including recent. I loaded only the Master table. Still it shows as time-out.
Any help would be really appreciated.
Hello @ArunkumarK ,
