yeah you can achieved this with the help of tooltip option.  but tooltip is not interactive you can just see the data you cant click on it hover on it you cant scroll down.

 

make sure you visual is compltely fits under you tooltip window.

    This worked best, exccept you're right with the visual needing to fit within the tooltip window.  If I could fit a larger portion of data it would be best, but I'll make it work the best I can.  Thank you!
