PowerApps Integration Issues

Hi all,

I've created several similar embedded PowerApps in my reports and need to make a new one now. However, this time around I'm not able to create the app though I'm doing the same thing as times past. Here's an overview:

In the report, I add my columns to the PowerApps visual, choose my environment, and hit "Create New." When the Popup asking for permission to navigate to the PowerApps webpage pops up, I hit Ok and a new window on my browser appears.

Usually, when the Power Apps window opens, a gallery is automatically created with the records from PowerBI. But now, this welcome window pops up.

When I hit "Create a form," no data from Power BI populates the visual.

Even when I try to tell it to use the Power BI integration, it's like there's no data available.

In the past, I've created a dropdown with items from one of the Power BI columns. Now, it throws a warning and won't let me select a column to populate in the Value field.

So what I usually do is close out the window and try again with a brand new PowerApps visual in the Power BI report and follow all the steps above to the same result. Although sometimes if I repeat this too often, I get this message: 

I'm baffled and lost here. Like I said, I've done this tons of times before. I've helped my coworkers replicate the process and written internal documentation on how to create an embedded PowerApp. My IT department doesn't know much about this integration so they haven't been helpful. Any insight yall could provide would be much appreciated.

@Anonymous , In power bi Desktop(Exdit mode on service), you used Create new, when you added the visual?

If yes, then it is taking you to power app to create a new one 

You have option choose existing one

I need to create a new app specific to the Power BI report so that's why I hit Create New
