PowerApp Visual Not launching PowerApps WorkSpace

Hello,

All of a sudden when I add a powerapps visual to a pbi in the desktop when I click the create new button the internet browser (edge) is not opening.   It will open and create new if I go to the PBI service once I publish the report.  It will also open if I choose select an existing app from pbi desktop.    Anyone have any ideas why when I'm using the desktop that the create new button will not open powerapps via the web browser?

Nope, I'm running September 2022 version.

Did you get upgraded to the Feb 2023 version of the Desktop App? If so may want to try rolling back to an older version as it appears there's a few reports of it being broken in the latest version:
