Hello
I upload file in query view "transform data " as I have the number as source excatly as the photo attached as numbers appear im good form.
but when I Click " save and finish"
the numbers appears as very different
how can i finish this as i checked it "enbable load"
Hey there!
The column might be stored as Text in Power Query but is being interpreted as Whole Number or Decimal in Power BI. Therefore, Power BI may be automatically rounding or transforming values when importing them.
Ensure it is explicitly set to Decimal Number or Whole Number, not Text. Click Close & Apply to see what happens.
Also if the field is set to SUM, AVERAGE, or COUNT in the Table View, it will not show raw numbers but an aggregated value. Ensure the column is set to "Do Not Summarize" instead of SUM, AVERAGE, etc.
Hope this helps! 😁😁
