    HI Anonymous 

     

    Please explain your requirement in detail. As per ur expected output image, reddy's no of days is 1 and Mani 2 but in dates on the leave, column data are different. Also need to understand how do u say "If no employee is taking leaves then" So, Please share your excel file if possible.
