Power automate visual edit mode not working

Hi there,

Tried to create a power automate visual. After click edit option..it quickly popup a message "please wait a moment while we launch our security service". After that it just a empty page in visual with no reponse further.

 Any clue what's happening?

Hello ,

I have been facing issues with Power automate visual from Power BI desktop.

the edit mode of the visual was working properly then all of sudden it stopped working.

when I right click on the visual and choose edit, it would go forever, no response back

I tried the same operation from Power BI service it worked once then the same issue happened.

Any clue on what's happening with that feature?

Thanks

I recommend you to work and edit your dashboard directly from Power BI Online, it works fine

Same issue

I found out if your using a government account, you cannot use the  powerautomate visual in powerbi.

Hi @GokuPrime ,

How did you find out PowerAutomate Visual does not work in PowerBI for government account?  It is not spelled out in their limitations on https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/create-reports/power-bi-automate-visual?tabs=powerbi-desk...

I use my departmental account. Which was the government and it wasn't working. I created an individual or private one for myself and it worked. Same computer. Same everything. The only difference was just the account

@GokuPrime ,

THANK YOU for the prompt reply and CONVINCING evidence!

HI @Gugan_BI ,

When I do an EDIT on Power Automate visual in Power BI Desktop, I don't see anything like this happening at my end.

Can you add some screenshots here related to your issue?

Also what version of Power BI are you using?

Thanks,

Pragati

Tried all the steps. Nothing works. PBI version is latest release July. Edit mode works from PBI service.so something blocking from desktop.

HI @Gugan_BI ,

Are your credentials in Power BI Desktop same as that in Power BI Service?

Thanks,

Pragati
