Hi,
is there any way to create temporary tables in power query to serve as support for transformations of other tables?
I use qliksense a lot and it is possible to create temporary tables that store certain transformations and later use these tables in other stages of the ETL, in the end I delete these temporary tables and only keep the main ones.
In power bi I can generate a table of this type but I can't delete this table at the end of the process, I just hide these tables from the users' view but what I would really like was to delete these tables at the end of the process.
Is there any way to create this kind of temporary table in power bi?
Solved! Go to Solution.
I think I already found the answer to this question, from what I understand by disabling the option below, the table would no longer be loaded in the model and would only serve as a temporary table

Yes. Using this feature will italicize the query name and prevent it from being loaded into the model. It's like in Excel where a query is 'Connection Only' when you delete the loaded table but the query still exists.
