Power Query - Multiple Similar Documents

I have a document that I need to clean by removing the first 4 rows. This document is processed once a week and I would like to show the history as it displays that current weeks snapshot of business data.

The problem I have is I processed the power query, but then I have to also clean the dat for the first for rows of subsequent documents. 

Is there a way to where any new document automatically goes through this process?
