Power Query Join wrong value

I obtained alyways a bad status of data !!!!

it was a bug in my Desktop version ( Report Server ) !!
Now it's working fine

is the blue table your sample data? If so, just merge tables then you will get the yellow table. 

If not, pls provide the sample data
