Power Query IF two columns have the same Data, write the value, else blank

Hi, I am trying to create a new column, where I have two columns 

• FullDate 
• End of Quarter

What I want is represent it in two ways,

1. If FullDate and EndofQuarter is the same, write the date in a new column, if is different let it blank
2. If FullDate and EndofQuarter is the same, write "End of Qtr" in a new column, if is different write "CommonDate"

Please use the following formula

if [FullDate] = [End of Quarter] then [FullDate] else null
