Thank you for your response! I don't think the Secondary KPI tooltip indicator shows up in my Formatting tab. Would you happen to know how to get around that?

is this issue resolved? I've been also encountering this problem even Power BI Desktop application has been updated to the latest version? I have to remove that thing somehow, otherwise my whole report will be meaningless for the end users.

It has been resolved for me.

I moved my KPI indicator index to Second KPI indicator index value and the option to off 2nd tooltip will appear.
