Power Bi desktop with large data set
Hi there, I have a data set that has over 5 million rows, and even though i am able to import the data into Power Bi. Just clicking on the close and apply takes over 1 hour and making any change...
Anonymous is it like transformation in PQ that you are doing on 5 million rows, not sure what you mean by reconciliation? WHere are you doing this? It is not very clear.
parry2k I would create calculated columns/measures after applying the data from PQ and checking the information that we got from the 5 million data set for specific values that we need. And would that not take forever/break since power bi would have to populate all the calculated columns/measures i have created?
