Helper IPower Bi Report Share With Team
Hi All,
Im new to Power Bi.. I have created a reporting using sharepoint list data. And i have a few questions.
1. What is the best way to ensure my report stays upto date with the sharepoint list data, i need this to remain as "live" as possible.
2. For a small business what is the most cost-effective way to give other staff access to my report..

Hello! Once you publish your report to workspace in Power BI service, you can set a refresh schuedule. Assuming you are using the pro plan, you are allowed up to 8 refreshes a day. You can also use Power Automate to trigger a refresh based on if a new record is added to the list, but you still only get 8 refreshes a day. To share it (without having premium capacity) you will need to make sure everyone you are sharing with also have a pro license.
