    MHEnsslen ,

     

    Currently power bi publisher for excel only supports windows server 2008 R2 and 2012 R2.

     

    Supported Operating System

    Windows 10, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows Server 2008 R2, Windows Server 2012 R2

    Supported versions of Excel: Excel 2007, Excel 2010, Excel 2013, Excel 2016
    Microsoft Power BI publisher for Excel is available for 32-bit (x86) and 64-bit (x64) platforms

Currently power bi publisher for excel only supports windows server 2008 R2 and 2012 R2.
