Power Bi Matrix stopped view

Hi, 
I reacently saw a tutorial where the  stepped view of pbi matrix was turned off, so more like a classic pivot table, but 
i do not seem to have this option, it was under Format ; Header ; options; , I don't have options? 
is this down to me looking in the wrong place or version, I do just have the 'ordinary' free donwload but we do seem to be 

up to date;  Version: 2.131.1126.0 64-bit (July 2024) ,
