Power Bi Matrix filter

Hey i have a matrix with main column States and other 5 column 1 to 5, now on oter hand i have another table in another page that contains data that needs to be filtered based on values selected in marix, for example if i select State 3 and column 5, lets say its value is 9, the table should show me 9 rows with required other columns, basically it should filter that table based on values in matrix in another page. I searched but no solution. any ideas?
