Power Bi Diagnostic
I have query #1 and query #2 set up in my query editor. Both of these queries make API call. They are saved in a PBIX file in a folder on my OneDrive. I was curious about something so I turned on diagnostic-enable tracing. I was looking at the files (crash/traces folder) there and noticed that there was a process
DataMashup.Trace Information: 24579 : {"Start":"2023-08-10T23:39:59.6409204Z","Action":"CredentialStorage/GetCredentials","Credentials":[["Web","https://api.........,"https://......."...]
Why would there be URLs that I am not using in query#1 and
Why would inside that array be URLs that I am not using in my API calls for query #1 and query #2?

Since you are stored on OneDrive, they may also trigger the OneDrive refresh. Have you check on these requests URL? I suppose they may relate to OneDrive services and operation requests.
