If I understand correctly, the issue is that you want to connect Power BI with an Oracle Business suite. Please try the following methods and check if they can solve your problem:
1.You need to install the Oracle Client Microsoft Tools(OCMT) on the computer.
Connect to an Oracle database with Power BI Desktop - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
2.Click on Get Data and choose Oracle database. Enter the server details.
3.Choose Direct Query as the connection mode.
4.Power BI does support Direct Query for Oracle.
5.Click on connect.
