Hi @kapilnath

On order to debug the connection issue, you can try several approaches:

  1. Verify SSO Configuration in Salesforce:

    • Ensure that the custom domain (https://keeley.my.salesforce.com/) is correctly linked to your SSO system.
    • Check the SAML settings in Salesforce and confirm they align with your organization's SSO configuration.
  2. Power BI Settings:

    • When connecting Power BI to Salesforce, try selecting "OAuth2" as the authentication method.
    • Make sure your Power BI Desktop is up-to-date, as older versions can cause compatibility issues.
  3. Access Permissions and Credentials:

    • Ensure Power BI is using the correct SSO settings during the connection process. You might need to select a specific domain or provide tailored credentials to avoid errors.
    • Consider using the "Sign in via Browser" option during the Salesforce connection setup in Power BI.
  4. Proxy or VPN:

    • If you're using a VPN or Proxy, they might be blocking the connection. Temporarily disable them and try again.
  5. Error Logs:

    • If there's a specific error code, check the logs in Power BI or Salesforce for more details.
  6. Browser Access Works:

    • If you can connect via your browser but not Power BI, it may indicate an issue with SSO permissions in the Power BI platform. Contact your Power BI or Salesforce admin to verify the setup.

If none of these steps work, consider reaching out to Power BI or Salesforce support for tailored assistance.
