Power BI report builder [keep the column format when import it and creating a 1 column matrix]

Greeting lovely memebers , 

I start working with power BI builder ,  and i have 2 questions : 

i imported a dataset from a power BI report , i wanted to add a parameter value , the problem that i would like to change the format of the parameter that i have . 

this is the format in power BI : 

but in Power BI builder it comes like this : 

Any solution please ? i want to have it on this format : MM-YYYY

my second question is , is there a way we can build this visual using 1 single Data set : 

as you can see this is a matrix with 5 different values , that's what i was able to do in Power BI builder : 

i was able to represent them in a single table , is there a way  i can represent them in a matrix ?
