Can you help with how to intergrate power BI with manage engine helpdesk so I can have real time dashboards on a big screen. Tickets closed , priority tickets etc thank you

you need the SDP Cloud Connector for power BI - currently in very much extended and agonising preview.. you can get this from Manage Engine support
