Power BI load from SSAS Cube taking forever

Hi All,

I have 7 measures and ONLY 4 dimensions and when I tried to Load or Transform the data, it is taking forever, there are close to 15K rows. Any advice please.

Hi,

A few questions to clarify...

1) Are you importing from the cube rather than creating a live connection; if so what's the reasoning?

2) Is it tabular SSAS or multidimensional?

3) On prem or azure?

4) If you connect directly to the cube with SSMS and query the table what is the speed like?
