Google also works on my side. My problem is our intranet. I put this link in the textbox: http://qbrain.qbe.com.

 

Here's my IE version

    Hi Aleli,

     

    Can you directly open this link on IE? If you can't, it may relate the site setiing,please check the site setting first. you can also try to add this site to "Compatibility View Settings" to use compatibility view mode to open this site.

     

     

    In addition, you can also check below options.

     

    1. Ask for IT to check the IE policy.

    2. Add the site to host file.

    3. Check the route setting.

     

    If above is not help,please share some detail information about your issue.(e.g. screenshots, error message, operate steps and results)
